To be sad and lumpy…

My panda eye is already starting to wear off, but there’s a lump just above the outer corner of my left eye directly below my eyebrow. It doesn’t show much when I don’t raise my eyebrow, but you’ll definitely see and notice it if I do. It’s pretty scary. I don’t think the hot compress is working much. But I’ll give it till next week.

My baby’s sick. He’s got rashes on his face and he’s got a fever. Doctor said it could either be chicken pox or shingles. Funny, my friend thought shingles was a sexually transmitted disease. Checked it out on wikipedia, found that shingles is a sort of recurrence of chicken pox.

I’ll be busy tomorrow after shift. I will be going straight to Wacky’s place to do the cleaning all by myself. Hopefully I finish cleaning the room by noon so that I can visit Obi in the afternoon. It’s sad how I can’t be there with him when he’s sick. La lang.

Busy weekend for me..

that I really have to start working on the place I’m transferring to this weekend.

Di ko na-anticipate na magsisimula na pala silang gumawa ng partitions sa lugar na nirerentahan namin. Kahapon dumating yung mga gagawa nung magiging harang sa pagitan ng dalawang kwarto na dati namin ino-okupa. This means I need to move on with cleaning the place I’m moving to kahit pa nga hindi pa malinis yung buong bahay. Di ko na siguro problema yung mga damit ni Wacky dun. Ibabalot ko na lang sa garbage bag ng maayos and then put it in the other room.

How does one clean sticky mess that’s stuck on a marble floor? Andami kong gagawin, tulad ng:

1. Magbalot ng mga damit ni Wacky para mailipat na sa kabilang kwarto.
2. Maglipat na mga Wacky things sa kabilang kwarto o sa common area.
3. Mag-scrub ng dumi sa sahig ng kwarto ko. (may kung anu-anong dumi ata ang nakadikit sa lapag, di makuha ng walis)
4. Mag-scrub ng pader para matanggal yung mga dumi-dumi.
5. Mag-pagpag ng kutson na matagal nang di ginagamit ni Wacky. (palagay ko napakakapal na ng alikabok nun)
6. Mag-disinfect ng kutson dahil baka libu-libong niknik na ang nakatira dun. (pangit na ang balat ko, ayaw ko nang papangitin pa siya sa pagpapa-papak sa niknik)
7. Mag-pagpag ng screen na nakakabit sa bintana ng kwarto. (di kaya ng vacuum cleaner ang gabok na nakakapit sa screen)
8. Tanggalin ang patay na gagamba sa bintana ng kwarto ko. (kadiri talaga gagamba)
9. Maglinis ng banyo. (jusko napakadumi ng banyo)
10. Maglinis at mag-ayos ng damit sa cabinet.

Sabi ni Bruce wag ko daw pagpagin yung kutson, it might sink the bed bugs deeper into the mattress. He says I should spray it with a bed bug spray and then vacuum it. Good thing Martin had the spray he used on his bed when he just got back from CDO. Allercon daw, some bedbug spray thingamaboo.

According to what I’ve been reading on the Internet, a simple bleach and water solution can help me with my dirty floor problem. I’m going to add in a little bit of detergent soap to combine cleaning with disinfecting. I also plan to scrub the walls with the same cleaning solution. Hopefully it helps me get rid of the dirt streaks on the wall, along with the sticky grime on the marble floor.

Checklist of things I need:

• Deck brush – Ayokong yumuko para mag-kiskis ng sahig. Kakailanganin ko ito upang malinis ang nakakapit na dumi sa sahig ng aking lilipatan.
• Sponge – Para hindi masyadong harsh ang panglinis ko sa pintura sa pader.
• Detergent powder – Para panlinis ng sahig ng kwarto at banyo.
• Bleach – Para may pang-disinfect ng floors and walls ng kwarto at banyo.
• Walis – Baka sakali makapag-walis ako ng maayos kumpara sa pag gamit ko yung walis ni Wacky.

Remember:

Soak floor area with bleach-water-soap mix for 5 minutes. Scrub thoroughly. Rinse with water-baking soda mix. Wipe dry ASAP.

Vacuum mattress. Spray Allercon all over mattress. Leave on for a minute or two. Vacuum again.

Clean bathroom thoroughly. That’s one scary bathroom. I swear. hahaha.

1. I’m addicted to gaiaonline. I used to have an account, but lost it. I made one again, and since then I have become an active member. I even made an account for my boyfriend, Obi. Haha. I’ve swayed some workmates to make their own gaiaonline accounts, too. Maybe you’d like to make one for yourself?

2. I’m addicted to Patapon. It’s a game in PSP. I don’t own a PSP. I don’t think I’ll own one in the near future. I used to play from one of my workmate’s PSP. When he resigned, I turned my attention to Martin’s PSP. But he kinda had to erase it because of a game he’s currently playing. Oh well.

3. I like dressing up dolls in Korean style fashion. I frequent doll making sites to let out my frustrations in being a fashionista. haha. May account ako sa www.thedollpalace.com, tsaka binibisita ko madalas yung www.elouai.com parehong mga doll making sites yan.

4. Mahilig ako mag-sudoku. Kahit minsan sudoku na ang walang hilig sakin. Ang totoo niyan, pati sa cellphone ko may sudoku game. At yun lang ang nilalaro ko lagi.

5. I love making home designs in myminilife. I used to be addicted to it. Nagsawa rin after being hooked to the game for 2 months. I have three accounts with a minimum of 4 houses for each account.

6. I love watching cartoons and anime shows when I get home from work. I’d rather watch cartoons than the news. Genetic ata yang trait na yan e. Tatay ko, bago siya namatay, naaalala ko nanonood din siya ng cartoons kahit di niya kami kasama. hehehe.

7. I’ll be burning 28 in two and a half weeks time. Gawd, I’m old!

A vagrant’s philosophy…

“Di bale nang manghingi, wag lang mang-snatch”

This coming from an able-bodied vagrant whose age is around early to mid-20s. He said he needed food for him and his brother. He wouldn’t leave if nobody gave me so much as a peso. Someone else did the giving. I didn’t.

I’m not a bad person, but I believe using what I have and what I know to feed myself. Not by begging for scraps or by asking for alms. Even if I didn’t know what I know, I think I can pretty much do more to earn money than begging for it.

I know that they don’t have a choice. But sometimes I think being a vagrant is their choice.
